How to place an order?
Our online store is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The ordering process consists of several steps:
1- Shopping cart: check the contents of your order. At this stage, you can modify the quantities.
2- Customer information: enter your personal details and delivery address.
3- Delivery: choose the delivery method you prefer from the available options.
4- Payment: several payment methods are offered so you can choose the one that suits you best. You can review the contents of your order on the summary page (items and optional services, delivery method, and costs).
5- Order confirmation: to make sure your order has been registered, you must reach this stage. You can now print your order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order reference and tracking number. -
How long does it take to process my order?
A complete order, available in stock and validated by credit card, is processed within 24 to 72 hours.
Orders are prepared from Tuesday to Friday, provided all products are available. If an item is unavailable, your order will be prepared as soon as we receive it.
Our products are shipped from several fulfillment centers, so it is possible that you may receive your order in multiple packages. -
How can I track my order?
As soon as your payment is validated, we will forward your order to one of our partners or fulfillment centers, from where your item will be shipped. What are the delivery times?
Due to the exclusivity of some products, delivery may take 4 to 9 business days, excluding shipping time. In very exceptional cases (postal strikes, holiday season, etc.), it may take a little longer.
In any case, if your order does not arrive after 8 weeks, we will resend it or provide a full refund. Rest assured, this has never happened.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is on us — it is completely free. It is provided by our partners. You also have the option to subscribe to a PREMIUM option to benefit from additional insurance.

What precautions should I take during delivery?
When you receive your order, it is important to check that it has not been damaged during transport and that the product is in perfect condition (and, if necessary, note this damage in detail on the carrier’s delivery note).
This check must be carried out at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver.
We recommend keeping the packaging, as it may be useful in the event of a product return and is essential if you wish to benefit from your right of withdrawal. -
My order has been shipped but I still haven’t received it, what can I do?
First of all, check the tracking of your package using the link to your tracking interface that was sent to you by email after your order.
If it is indicated as being out for delivery, we invite you to wait until the planned delivery date. If your order is being held by the carrier, we invite you to collect it from the address indicated on the delivery notice.
If the delay seems long, do not worry: your order is on its way to your home. -
I received an item that does not match my order, what should I do?
Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to see whether the product you ordered is different from the one you received.
If the item received is indeed different from the one you ordered, please contact customer service by email. -
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
It is possible that your order has been shipped in multiple packages. Check your order confirmation email to make sure you do not have several tracking numbers from our carrier.
If all packages have arrived and you still do not have all your products, please contact customer service by email.
If battery(s) are missing, please refer to the note in the chat. Your order will arrive in two separate packages due to new European legislation. -
What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered correctly and without damage. However, if you receive a defective product, contact us and we guarantee a satisfactory solution for everyone.

How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
