Delivery

Products will be delivered to the postal address provided when placing your order.

Delivery Time

Our products are generally delivered within 3 to 8 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery times may be slightly longer.

When an order contains multiple products or includes a pre-ordered item, the delivery time for the order will correspond to the longest delivery period.

DRONETECH reserves the right to split shipments into multiple deliveries, at no additional cost to the customer.

Delivery Verification & Anti-Fraud Control

Customers must verify the conformity of the delivered goods upon receipt and before signing the carrier’s delivery note.

Possible Import Taxes Upon Delivery

Prices displayed on product pages in the online catalog are shown in euros (EUR) excluding taxes.

As customers are considered importers of goods purchased online, VAT is not charged at the time of the online sale.

As a result, the carrier may require payment of duties and taxes, including VAT, when your order is delivered.
