Refund Policy

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return item(s) that do not suit you, subject to the conditions listed below. Otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

General Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

To complete your return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

Order Cancellation Refund (Within 15 Hours)

If you wish to cancel an order placed on the same day and the order has not yet been shipped, a refund can be granted automatically.

However, to cover incurred costs such as:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Platform fees
  • Logistics and packaging costs

We retain 15% of the total amount paid and therefore issue a refund of 85%.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our contact form.

Gift Items

If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:

You must send your drone back to our supplier (address indicated on your package). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once our supplier has received the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 96 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be some delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times are often required before a refund appears.
